Children and Pilates

Having watched both my children particapate in various sports, it only became apparent to me watching from the sidelines that anyone can benefit from Pilates, even children. Many children are very stiff and unflexible and Pilates could really help them perform better,  prevent injuries and give them more confidence. It would reallt help them in later life too. If only I had discovered Pilates younger I very much doubt I would have had so much treatment. Its never too early to start.
