The personal information we collect includes your name, address, email address, contact telephone number and on occasions medical information if required.

Notify you of changes to our services Send you communications which you may have requested and that may be of interest to you All live personal data will be kept up to date and when no longer active will be archived.

When you are using our secure online payment pages, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. We may charge £10 for information requests to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
